Living by the "Golden Rule" is not always easy in today's world. Lisa not only strives to live by this rule in her personal life but also throughout her career, and it shows. As a child, she was taught that if you want something in life you have to work hard for it and that's exactly what she has done and continues to do.

Lisa was raised in Minnetonka MN. She loved growing up on the Minnetonka Chain of Lakes as well as enjoying many winter wonderland sports. Moving to Florida was always a goal of hers. Living in warmer weather, with the palm trees swaying and an ocean nearby has been a dream come true.

Many say that Real Estate was her destiny from the very beginning. As a child, she first gained knowledge of the Real Estate world through her parents who where successful Agents. In 1998 she became the Marketing Director for a large Home Builder in Florida. She worked her way up to Vice President of Sales and Marketing within the same Company as well as several other large Home Builders including a Mortgage Lending Company, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself within her profession with each strategic career move.

Lisa entered into the Residential and Commercial real estate industry in 2003 leaving the Corporate world where she had gained insight of the Real Estate and Home Building industry as a whole and becoming a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and Realtor®. When many agents were leaving the industry during the housing crisis of 2008, Lisa set her sights on assisting not only buyers and sellers but people with distressed properties, short sales and foreclosures. She quickly became a local expert with all types of properties in at the time would be considered a volatile market.

As her career advanced, Lisa became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and is currently the Broker - Owner of her company, Sunshine Life Realty LLC. She continues to assist her clients with all of their Real Estate needs as well as hiring and training her staff of some of the finest Real Estate Agents in Florida.
