I am a dedicated business professional who has lived in the Triangle area for more than 30 years including Durham, Bahama, North Raleigh and Cary. I bought my first home pre-construction, and I loved the process of watching my home come together. Two years later I designed and built a home on Lake Michie in Bahama, working as the General Contractor. After starting my family I moved closer to work and moved to Raleigh. I finally settled in Cary, living in Lochmere for 14 years. I owned property on Topsail Island, and sad to say that I lost that home to Hurricane Fran in 1996. I have family living in Cary, Holly Springs, Raleigh and Chapel Hill. Two of my children went to UNC Chapel Hill, one to the Culinary Institute of America in NY, and one to UNC Greensboro. I have owned and operated Deigan Designs, a full-service Decorating Business since 2004, working with homeowners, small businesses, restaurants, and medical offices. I moved into Real Estate as a natural process in my career. I enjoy working with clients and builders, and turning a house into someone`s home. My background in design helps owners who are selling in staging their home to sell. For those buying, I can help them envision a house as their home. My husband and I love to travel. Visiting 47 different states in the USA and I have experienced 5 different continents and 3 different oceans. We love to sail, Carolina Hurricanes Hockey and enjoy fine red wines. I am a member of Lifetime Fitness in Cary and enjoy water aerobics and spinning classes
