About Dean Hunter, CCIM

Dean is a licensed Broker-Associate with over 40 years of real estate experience, starting in Southwest Ohio in 1971. Dean has worked in all facets of real estate and specializes in commercial and investment properties which include office, retail, industrial, land and multi-family. A Sarasota resident since 1989, Dean has seen a lot of changes to the area and has an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and its people. His blend of experience and expertise has produced a unique style he calls his Client First philosophy as well as a long list of successful transactions and satisfied clients. Dean is a well-recognized member of the local real estate community. He is a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee, its Commercial Investment Division and Global Business Council. He has served on the Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee. Dean is also a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors where he holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers) and the AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designations. Currently Dean is a Director with the KW Commercial division of Keller Williams Realty. He resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife, Nancy. They are members of Gulf Gate Church in Sarasota and he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and fishing in his spare time.
