About Carmen Multhauf

Carmen Multhauf has been licensed in California since 1978. In addition to being a successful Broker, she founded Training and Broker Services (TABS), an online real estate license renewal company. Carmen has filled several professional real estate positions including President of the local Association, Speaker at C.A.R. and NAR meetings. She also served on many committees including chairing Standard Forms and Legal Affairs among others. Along with her late husband, Lloyd Multhauf PdD, she wrote the original education module for the SRES designation and continues writing for the GHS designation along with its book "Generational Housing:Myth or Mastery".
