Just like my clients situations, my services are never the same and vary depending on the circumstances. Whether I am dealing with a motivated seller that needs to sell quickly, or a buyer who won't be purchasing for a few years, I try to adapt to each situation and treat them how I would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. By doing this, not only do I gain the trust of my clients but I feel that I can fully understand their situation and I am able to provide the best service. During the process, I try and provide the most informative, accurate, and up to date information available so we can make the best possible decision based on the facts at hand. Although the hours are long, I try to help accommodate all my clients requests. From the very beginning of any client relationship, I am upfront and honest and expect the same in return. If both my clients and myself understand that and respect each others time and effort, I can only predict an outcome we all striving for.
