About Bill
Bill was raised and has lived in the Southwest Metro area for more than 50 years.
He has been married over 43 years has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He enjoys fishing in Minnesota lakes, especially with his grandchildren!
Bill strives to live a life of “service above self”, to encourage others to be self-reliant + have a positive impact on others. “I treat my clients like they are my family and I will only do what is in their best interest.”
Bill served in the U.S.Navy in the Pacific on a Destroyer USS BOYD DD544, and lived in New York City as a national account sales representative and as a vice president of sales and marketing. He was a founder and general manager of a leasing company and owned an equipment brokerage before moving into Real Estate. He has been a real estate agent for over 15 years and applies his 50+ years of sales, marketing, and negotiating experience to the benefit of his clients. Bill has been named a Super Real-Estate Agent from 2007-2016 by the Minneapolis St Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business (one of only 700 Super Real-Estate Agents of the 25,000+ agents in Minnesota).
