Tracy started in real estate as the General Manager at Century 21, on (of all days) 9/11/01 where she began learning about the very basics & foundations of real estate.

Her job description was very diverse with the support she provided to the agents and office team, along with the high-end details of reporting to the Broker/Owner at Corporate Century 21.

After about 2 years of experience, Cushman Realty was established in June of 2003. Tracy ran this company and learned many new facets of the real estate industry while building the tools she still uses today to serve her clients.

In March of 2008 (with the start of the recession), Tracy became a licensed real estate agent & eventually received her Broker license in 2010.

As a small business owner of a boutique real estate company now, the majority of her clients are referrals. Tracy makes sure that client expectations are met, and in doing so leaves them with a thoroughly enjoyable experience while guiding them through all the details.

Tracy is beyond proud to say she has navigated many different markets within her 20+ years of real estate experience, and has learned to pivot with each market, which has established the foundation with which she is able to guide her clients today.
