I began in 1997 in the Property Management industry in short term leasing under AMLI residential. In 2004, I began working in the mortgage industry as a processor and began teaching licensing courses for Brokers & Loan officers while being a processing manager up until 2011. End of 2012, I began my Real Estate licensing courses, jumped into Transaction Management and in July of 2013 I began my career in Real Estate! I have earned America's Top 100 Real Estate Agent for 2023, Five Star Agent since 2021, Rising Star, Five Star Agent by Broker Agent for 2022, and Seven Star Agent for 2023. I have earned Top Producer for our Rockwall Office in 2022 & 2023 along with the Most Supportive Agent for 2022 & 2023, and GRIT award for 2023. I recently wrote a New Licensed Agent training program and am the current lead trainer/director for that along with the Residential Agent Director for our flagship office. I love serving our community, our people.

Talk about a 5 Golden Star Agent! Wendi Conley is the best, out of the BEST! As a title company, we work with Agents all of the time. Wendi, is so on top of your client's process. Wendi stays on top of the lenders that are working with her Buyers. Wendi wants to make sure no problems are popping up. If there are problems, she jumps into action to help solve it. She watches the timelines to make sure everyone is doing their part of the transaction. Using this AGENT is like having your best friend watch all parts of the process to make sure her Buyers or Sellers have the best service! Wendi keeps the client updated! Her Listing clients really get the 5 Stars treatment. As her Broker firm has the top Marketing system for the clients Listings! Amazing service they get!! We chose Wendi to help us find the perfect family home! We listed our requests and immediately got to work! For two straight weeks we scrolled the various sites together and picked a handful a day to tour! She was present for each walk through offering tons of knowledge and collecting information for questions we may ask the seller should we have made an offer. The response time to texts and emails was near immediate even when she traveled to whole a different time zone and still made time to answer our questions- if that’s not a five star work ethic then I don’t know what is! In addition to being knowledgeable in her field she was also helpful and incredibly patient with our three young kids often times holding the baby so we could get a better feel for a property. My husband and I chose a new build and having never purchased one we had many questions that this wonderful lady answered with a smiling face! There’s no doubt in my mind that I will be contacting Wendi when we choose to sell or buy again!
