I work with seasoned homeowners, first-time buyers, investors, people who are moving to retirement communities, people who are building their new home, people who are underwater financially and need help with a short sale or just selling their property.
Expanded Service Description Over the past 25 years as a full-time REALTOR, I've worked behind the scenes to help protect the rights of homeowners by means of my involvement with the local and state REALTOR Boards. My involvement includes being a Board Member on both the local and state levels, an Ombudsman, a member of the Grievance Committee, a member of the Standards and Practices committee, a trained Mediator, a member of the Public Policy Committee (and incoming Chair of Public Policy), soon-to-be Vice President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS, former Chair of the DAR annual convention, NCCBOR REALTOR of the year, and NCCBOR Good Neighbor. I am also active with my local Girl Scout Service Unit, organize Ladies' Nights at my church, and am President of my neighborhood Civic Association. Plus... I work full-time as a REALTOR, bringing my expertise to the forefront for my clients.
