Expanded Service Description

I started my career at Star Real Estate, a well-known and respected real estate company in Orange County with long and excellent recognition by the communities.
I learned a lot during those 10 years I worked there, and I was awarded with the Star Real Estate - Top Producer recognition year over year until 2004, and a good number of press-releases were also published on my behalf in The Orange County Register and Los Angeles time during the time I worked at Star Real Estate. With passion, long hours and days, dedication and commitment, then I decided to go on my own as a business women in 2005 and became Broker-Owner at J.C. & S.M. Inc, DBA as Real Estate On Demand. As a woman, mother, broker, entrepreneur, and speaker I have gone through many experiences that have shaped my beliefs and practices in the different areas of my life.
As a woman, I believe in the power of a women. As a minority women-owned businesses wanted to contribute to impulse a good housing economy starting within my community. I believe in the importance of helping women to succeed by creating an impact on their lives and to the world we live. I believe that we need to stand together and support each other is the only way we can accomplish most if not all our goals.
As a professional, I devote lots of time to educate myself to keep up with the constant changes in the real estate industry to provide my peers and clients with the best of my knowledge but also helping and being supportive of my clients and colleagues. I am a hands-on broker, and passionately enjoy motivating women with enthusiasm to make a difference on every person and families they touched. Helping others is not something new for me, especially women that in many cases have lot roles to fulfill all at once, and I really mean it.
I feel so happy just by the countless successful conclusion homeowner’s stories in which I had the privilege to help procured, it did not come easy but all worth it.
I worked hand to hand with the California Association of Realtors for three consecutive years, contributing as a speaker for “Home the Buyers Fair “on “How to” Events organized by the California Association of Realtors, and Los Angeles Times, held at the Los Angeles Convention Center since 2010.
I participated on national community events, such as Making Home Affordable, Help for Homeowners through Fannie Mae, and Neighborhood Works America events during the housing crisis because I wanted to have a more active role in reaching out to homeowners looking for a way to save their homes from foreclosure. I have built my reputation through hard work, innovated thinking, and customer advocacy.
Getting involved means to reach more people to help, and I do this by keeping a permanent open line of communication with the media as well as a professional expert for the Real Estate Industry. I am regularly called by Univision, and KMEX 34 Los Angeles for interviews to provide my insights and comments as a real estate and housing expert in this always evolving real estate industry.
I consider myself a great advocate for homeowner’s rights, focusing on awareness and foreclosure prevention, as well as how to spot foreclosure’s scams by sharing homeowners’ real stories, their thoughts and dilemmas. I do not get paid for any of these contributions.
Inspired by the increasingly number of Homeowners that were defrauded, I wrote my first book in July 2022, Spanish version “Juntos en la Lucha contra la Ejecucion Hipotecaria” – Together against foreclosure. A real guide to educate, inform, and encourage homeowners facing foreclosure to better understand the real estate market, prevention foreclosure’s alternatives, and more alertness with loan modification and foreclosure prevention frauds.
For my book, I received a letter from former President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama, extending their appreciation, and support for this contribution, and their encouragement to continue myself active on my involvement in this undertaking.
I am a speaker-instructor at the Santa Ana College, Community Service Programs, hosting educational classes since 2007, and being recognized as well by Santa Ana College. This workshops awareness given in English and Spanish to first-time home-buyers and homeowners which they consider as a great tool and guidance to understand and level up with the real estate market process and conditions.
My commitment to help Home Buyers and Home Sellers also geared me up to contribute by writing and editing real estate articles focusing on educating Home Buyers & Home Sellers and how to accomplish their real estate goal. These articles published in the local newspapers such as, “La Opinion”, Los Angeles, Orange County Register, Excelsior Newspaper, Orange County, and others also have served as a great “how to” guide for home buyers and homeowners.
I know there is more work to do, and will continue finding ways to reach out more into the communities.
Proud myself to have also honored for being selected and nominated as a finalist by the “Champions of Home Award” judges from California Association of Realtor in August of 2013. I also find extra time to volunteer for the Making Wish Foundation, and has an active role as a speaker from the Making Wish Foundation in Orange County and Inland Empire.
Married for more than 25 years to Jesus Flores, have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. I love family’s getaways and find time to do so, by actively participating in my grand-kids schools and after school events, it is my pride and joy. I feel blessed.
