She was in Office Management with Hilton Hotels Corporation, taught office management classes in the College of Business at both West Texas A&M University and University of North Texas, and has co-owned her own company selling it to a major real estate firm in Dallas. She has been with a major real estate franchise since 1996. Jan has held offices in the Regional and State Council of Residential Specialists and has been on the Board of Directors of the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS and the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. Her most cherished award is the Customer Service Award for her office in 2006. She is a member of numerous professional and charitable organizations and has been awarded the ABR, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, and GMA designations. She received her MBA and BBA degrees from the University of North Texas College of Business.
