Born and raised in New Orleans, Margarete Wabnig loves her historic city, real estate, and working closely with her clients to find the perfect fit. As a Historic House Specialist, she has the ability to apply creative vision to restore older properties to their original beauty together with today´s modern conveniences.

She can assist you in finding great value in the New Orleans area, whether residential or commercial, due to her extensive real estate and investment banking experience not only in New Orleans, but in New York and many overseas market places. Margarete has been designated the first Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in the State of Louisiana by the National Association of Realtors. Besides English, she is also fluent in French and German.
Margarete plays an active role in the New Orleans community as Ambassador for the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for the Lycée Français New Orleans.
